Bookmark: ONCE – Writebook.
Writebook is a free software script you can put on your server and it let’s you easily publish a book on the Web. I really like the idea of this. Imagine: 1. Publishing the rule manual to your own pen and paper RPG game, 2. Republish old blog essays as a book, 3. dust off that book manuscript sitting in a trunk in the attic, 4. publish a how-to manual on something you are an expert on.
The only note of caution: when I clicked the links for the example web books at the URL above, I got a warning that whatever version of Vivaldi browser I’m using is too old and that I need a “modern browser.” Dunno what that is about. Within reason, shit published to the Web should work with all browsers. The links worked with Firefox.
I did add Writebook to the directory.
